Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the abaya is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all luxury tags still attached.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
